These projects can be simple and easy or rather complex and expensive. In many cases, it could be something as small as adjusting dampers and grilles and where air moves throughout your HVAC network. Zoning systems are more involved and costly.

That’s right! We can take an ionizer, install it at the filter, and boost a MERV 10 filter (minimum efficiency reporting value) into what is effectively a MERV 16 filter. And that’s without restricting any airflow throughout your home. Just ask your MFSC rep for details.
Home Air Purification
If you need a much higher grade of air purification for your home, MFSC is partnered with a fantastic American company called Ultravation. They make an affordable whole-home indoor air quality package. Based in Vermont, 98% of their systems are made/assembled there.
- One primary power source (rather than one per component) and an ionizer.
- Germicidal UV light that keeps your coil sanitized year-round for no microbial growth.
- An active adjustable air purifier that cleanses the air and all surfaces in the home.
How well does it work? During the COVID-19 epidemic, the U.S. government found that the Ultravation system was the only one used in residential and commercial settings, with a 99% kill rate for COVID/SARS viruses. They worked so well that they incentivized high occupancy building owners with a 100% tax write-off when the system was installed.
